2. Course Enrollment Process

- How to Participate: Go to [My Classroom] → Click [Enter Zoom Classroom].

- Camera Usage: Camera on/off guidelines will be provided for each course.

3. Course Expiration

- Live Broadcast: You will not be able to attend the class after the designated time has passed.

4. Q&A

- Real-time Q&A: You can ask questions during the class in real-time.

- Chat Q&A: You can leave questions in the chat and receive answers during or after the session.

5. Course Materials

- Download: Go to [My Classroom] → Course details page → Click [Download Course Materials].

Courses without materials will be specifically noted.

6. Certificate of Completion

- Print: After completing the course, you can print the certificate from [My Classroom].

- Email Delivery: The presenter may send the certificate by email.

Courses without certificates will be specifically noted.

7. Exams

- Exam Requirements: Check the exam requirements and materials on the course details page.

Courses without exams will be specifically indicated.

8. Monitoring

  • Have participants reviewed the announced content and are they actively participating?
  • Are participants genuinely attending the video session (e.g., no long periods of inactivity)?
  • Are there any unauthorized individuals participating in the session?
  • Are there any issues with video or audio that are disrupting the session?
  • Participants engaging in any illegal activities, such as capturing or recording the session, will be forcibly removed.

9. Preparation

- Required EquipmentComputer or laptop, microphone, headphones.

- Internet Speed: Minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps.

- Non-refundable: Refunds are not available 14 days prior to the start of the course.

- Exceptions: Refunds may be issued in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters that prevent the course from proceeding.

  • Monitoring if the course is actively being watched (If you fail to confirm the pop-up window to prevent inactivity, the lecture will automatically end).
  • Checking whether the course was fully completed (real-time progress tracking is available).
